• Town Of Glastonbury: Grand LIst News From The Assessor's Office (patch.com) — Glastonbury property owners are being alerted that the 2025 Grand List will be finalized by January 31, with notices going to those whose real estate or business assessments increased and an appeal deadline of February 20. Residents 65 or older may qualify for the income-based Homeowners Tax Credit Program from February 1 to May 15, while business owners still have until March 31 to file late personal property declarations and avoid estimated assessments.
