Police Investigating Thefts From Vehicles At Glastonbury Gym

"Numerous" vehicles parked at The Edge Fitness had their windows broken and valuables stolen from them the night of Feb. 1, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Numerous cars parked at a Glastonbury gym were broken into on Tuesday at around 11 p.m., police said.

The vehicles were parked at The Edge Fitness (2865 Main St.) the night of Feb. 1 when their windows were broken and valuables inside them were stolen, Glastonbury police wrote on Facebook.

Glastonbury police are investigating the reports, and officers said several other police agencies reported similar thefts at around the same date and time.

Anyone with information should contact the Glastonbury Police Department at 860-633-8301.

"As a reminder: please remove valuables from your vehicle or keep them hidden, and always report suspicious activity to Glastonbury Police ASAP," officers wrote on Facebook. "Thank you. Stay safe and healthy."
