"Please keep vehicles off the streets so ou(r) public works crews can work efficiently to remove snow from our streets," police said. Hartford County, which includes Glastonbury, is expected to get <a href="https://patch.com/connecticut/rockyhill/s/i31yv/ct-weather-noreaster-to-produce-blizzard-conditions-saturday?utm_source=alert-breakingnews&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=alert" target="_blank">7 to 15 inches of snow</a> on Saturday, with snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour possible. Wind gusts could reach 45 miles an hour.
