Deadline for Veterans to file discharge certificate (DD-214) with the Town Clerk to receive the basic Veterans exemption which reduces the taxable assessed value of property owned by a Veteran by $1,500

October 1

Additional Veterans Exemption Application-Additional Exemption for income-qualified Veterans

Gold Star Parents and Spouses Exemption Application-Reduces taxable assessed value of property by $20,000 for income-qualified parent or surviving spouse of a person who was killed in action

Totally Disabled Tax Exemption Application-Reduces taxable assessed value of property by $1,000 for persons eligible to receive permanent total disability benefits under Social Security

Certificate of Legal Blindness-Reduces taxable assessed value of property by $3,000 for legally blind persons
