Community Red Cross Blood Drive Upcoming In Greenwich

GREENWICH, CT — The national blood supply shortage is still ongoing, but Greenwich residents can do their part at an upcoming community blood drive.

An American Red Cross blood drive, organized by Greenwich resident Gary Silberberg, is scheduled for Aug. 4 from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Greenwich Reform Synagogue, 92 Orchard St.

According to First Selectman Fred Camillo's recently weekly newsletter, those who participate will receive a $15 e-gift card.

Residents can sign up for a time slot in advance at this link. Walk-ins are allowed.
