Greenwich Chamber of Commerce Plans 'January After Six'

There’s still time to register for the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce ‘January After Six’ networking event.

The Citarella gourmet food store will be closing early at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28 where the chamber will hold an epicurean event with food demonstrations and offerings that will include:

• Artisanal Pizza - The pizza guy will be baking hot, fresh & savory pizzas.
• Fresh Mozzarella Making - The cheesemaker will be making it live, ready for you to taste!
• Sensational Sushi - Expert sushi chefs will be crafting bite-sized tastes of Citarella’s seafood.
• Poached Salmon - They will serve up awe-inspiring seafood prepared by Executive Chef Fedele.
• Carving Station - taste the highest quality prime, dry-aged roasted beef and pork.
• Turkey Meatballs - homemade meatballs served with marinara.
• Pastry - Indulge with decadent mini pastries prepared by our accomplished Pastry Chef.
• Fresh Squeezed Juices -The best quality fruits & veggies will be used to make nutritious creations.

Each guest will receive a gift bag at the end of their culinary journey, filled with Citarella favorites.

January AFter Six will be held at Citarella, 600 W. Putnam Ave. from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Admission: Members: $15; Non-Members $25.
