Greenwich YWCA Offering Self-Defense Class This Weekend

GREENWICH, CT — The Greenwich YWCA will offer a free self-defence class on Saturday, Aug. 9.

Scheduled for 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at YWCA Greenwich’s headquarters, 259 East Putnam Ave., the class is open to the community but attendees must be 15 or older to participate.

Attendees will learn practical, easy-to-remember techniques that could make the difference in tough situations.
