Suspect Accused Of Attempted Bank Fraud In Greenwich: Report
The suspect, who is from Atlanta, GA, reportedly amassed financial information from dozens of victims, according to authorities.

GREENWICH, CT — A 30-year-old Atlanta, Georgia man was arrested on a warrant last week by Greenwich police in connection with a bank fraud case that involved investigations in three states and dozens of potential victims, the Greenwich Time reported.
Greenwich police accuse Shaine Randall of multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including forgery and identity theft, in connection with the case, which began in November 2024.
At the time, Randall is alleged to have attempted to fraudulently open a bank account at a Citizens Bank on Greenwich Avenue.

Randall and a New York man, named Royale Green, are suspected of illegally obtaining financial information from more than 100 victims. Green has pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges.
Both suspects are free on bond, and are separately due in court in the future.
