- Finally! Today is forecast to be sunny, with a high near 77 according to the National Weather Service and tonight is supposed to be mostly clear, with a low around 61.
- The Board of Assessment Appeals meets in the Town Hall Finance Dept. Conference Room at 4:30 p.m.; The Town and City Councils/Board of Education/RTM Liaison Committee Special Meeting is in the Administrative Office Rom11 at 5:30 p.m.; Groton Parks Foundation meets at the Spicer House at 6:30 p.m. and at 7 p.m. the Copp Family Park Board of Overseers meet at the Spicer House, the GLP Board of Directors and Zoning Commission meet at the GLP Meeting Room, the Republican Town Committee and the Zoning Commission meet in the Town Hall Annex.
- The Groton Public Library wants to show you how to get product ratings and reviews, in-depth advice, tips and trends written by Consumer Reports experts. The free demo starts at 3 p.m.
- It’s also Wii Wednesday at the Groton Public Library! Bring your “E” Wii game or use the library’s from 3 to 5 p.m. every Wednesday in September.
