Bold and Cold: Groton, Stonington Police Raise Funds for Mystic Aquarium

The Town of Groton Police Department’s 2016 Cops 4 Critters team expressed its thanks to the community for supporting them as they jumped into the water at Eastern Point Beach.

Members from the Groton Town and Stonington Police Departments joined together to raise money for Mystic Aquarium’s Animal Rescue Teams.

“Be ready as the ‘COPSICLES‘ return to the water again in March for the Penguin Plunge in support of the Connecticut Special Olympics,” police wrote.
