Charges Against YouTuber Who Confronted State Trooper Changed: Report
A YouTube creator was charged after he attempted to question a state trooper at his home in Groton during the summer.

GROTON, CT — The charges against a YouTube creator stemming from a dispute with a state trooper have been reduced, according to The Day of New London.
The charges of second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass against SeanPaul Reyes, 34, of Gorham, New York, have been dropped. Instead, prosecutors substituted a charge of third-degree trespass, The Day reported.
Reyes is behind the YouTube channel Long Island Audit and has publicly criticized Sgt. Bryan Fahey regarding overtime pay.

On July 11, Reyes and his cameraman went to Fahey's home in Groton to question him.
Reyes “arrived at the home with a box truck playing video footage of a prior interaction between the parties,” according to Town of Groton police.

Reyes walked up to the home and rings the doorbell, video he posted of the incident shows. Fahey answered the door and told Reyes to leave the property. Fahey then went back inside his home, and Reyes and the cameraman began walking away.

Fahey then came back out of the home with a handgun at his side, the video showed, shouting at Reyes to get off his property.
Fahey was later suspended from his duties with state police, then retired. He was also arrested on a disorderly conduct charge connected to the incident.
