James H. Mosley, Jr., 118 Branford Avenue, Groton, 6:36 p.m., second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, second degree breach of peace; court date May 7.

Gary A. Feld-Calverley, 22, 40 Broadway St., Norwich, 6:50 p.m., first-degree failure to appear, second-degree failure to appear, violation of probation/conditional discharge; court date May 7.

Gordon Yates, 51, 34 Raleigh Court, Groton, 1:10 p.m., illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, improper use of a marker/license/registration, driving or towing an unregistered motor vehicle; court date May 18.

May 5

Emerson H. Fitch, 23, 40 Whitehall Avenue #314, Mystic, 1:04 a.m., driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in proper lane on multiple lane highway; court date May 18.

May 6

William H. Peirson, 46, 8 Florence Drive, Groton, 2:57 a.m., driving motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked; court date May 7.
