Charles Koch Jr., 18, of 125 Crest Drive in Mystic, was charged with criminal attempt at larceny 6th and criminal trespass 2nd.

Logan T. LaPietra, 23, of 22 Water Street in Mystic, was charged with threatening 2nd.
September 1
Todd E. Mitchell, 36, of 611 Long Hill Road B in Groton, was charged with assault 3rd, disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint 2nd, interfering with an emergency call.
September 2
Ronald C. Blyden, 36, of 453 Bayonet Street 14 in New London, was charged with assault 3rd.
September 3
Christopher J. Wimler, 25, of 3360 Meadow Court in West Palm, Florida, was charged with failure to appear 2nd.
September 4
Jonathan P. Goff, 26, of 272 Heather Glenn Lane in Mystic, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under 14-40 suspension, , insurance coverage fails minimum requirements.
September 5
Sarah A. Boudreau, 34, of 360 Thames Street in Groton City, was charged with larceny 6th: shoplifting.
