Heavy Police Presence In Groton Thursday Afternoon
Major crimes and detectives are currently working in Groton, police said.
GROTON, CT — Major crimes and local detectives are working on Allen Street Thursday, though police are not yet releasing details on the nature of their investigation.
“We are actively processing a scene that we were made aware of by a concerned citizen,” police said, in an announcement on Facebook Thursday afternoon.
Police said Thursday they do not yet know if anything at the Allen Street site is related to any ongoing investigation.
