Bufalina, a pizza joint in Guilford, received the highest possible rating in a recent review in the New York Times, Jack Kramer reports from The Guilford Courier.
The restaurant received an excellent rating in the review.
Located at 1070 Boston Post Road, the restaurant is run by Melissa Pellegrino and her husband Matt Scialabba. According to the Source, the review in the times has added to the already existing loyal customer base the restaurant has.

According to their website, the couple became enamored with food fired brick ovens early on in their career and travelled to Southern Italy where they learned about authentic Neapolitan pizza.
The restaurant only serves pizzas, which are all prepared in a wood fired brick oven, the paper reports. The restaurant also serves one single dessert and salad option.
