April 10
Maureen L. Walsh, 66m of 132 Union Street, Guilford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane, and failure to carry an operator license.
April 11
Scott L Severino, 25, of 734 West Lake Avenue, Guilford, was charged with manslaughter in the 2nd degree- motor-vehicle, two counts of assault 2nd degree- motor vehicle, reckless driving, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and failure to obey a stop sign.
