Alonzo Ventura Xochiti, 44, of Meriden, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

March 5

Steven Richard Prinz, 25, of Guilford, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree intimidation based on bigotry/bias, and conspiracy to commit second-degree intimidation based on bigotry/bias.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
