Guilford police list latest arrests and what those arrested are charged with doing.
GUILFORD, CT - Guilford police made two arrests this past week. Both people are only charged at this time.
Arrested were:
Michael Willsher, 47, of 120 North Mill Circle Guilford, charged June 20th with disorderly conduct, strangulation 3rd degree, assault 3rd degree.

Luis E. Caballero, 20, of 220 Montgomery St., NY, charged June 26th with illegally obtaining prescription drugs, identity theft, criminal impersonation, forgery 2nd degree.
