GUILFORD, CT — The owner of the property that T.J. Maxx is planning to move into in Guilford was recently granted a sign permit for the store from the town's planning and zoning commission, according to a report from CT Insider.
The sign permit was issued to DDR Guilford, LLC, on Aug. 28 for storefront signage and column signs, CT Insider reported, noting that the ownership of the shopping plaza has since changed.
Hartford Business Journal said the Guilford Commons portfolio was sold to HRP LLC and Haverford Retail Partners for $26.5 million in late August.
