GUILFORD, CT – Guilford Police said if you see a helicopter flying low, it’s because Amtrak will be using it for infrastructure purposes.
The low-flying helicopter will be flying today and Monday.
The helicopter will be extremely low in the Amtrak areas and will be a notice of inconvenience.
