Performer Suffers Medical Emergency On Stage At Hamden Summer Concert
The rapper and radio personality was taken to the hospital after suffering a medical emergency on stage, according to officials.

HAMDEN, CT — Isaac Freeman, also known as Fatman Scoop, had a medical emergency on stage while performing during the Summer Concert Series at Hamden Town Center Park on Friday night, according to Mayor Lauren Garrett.
“He is being transported by ambulance to the hospital,” Garrett wrote in a post on Facebook. “We will provide updates when they are available. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.”
Fatman Scoop was headlining Hamden's Green and Gold Party on Friday night, the final Summer Concert Series of the 2024 season. He had been scheduled to open the series on July 12, but the event was rained out, and postponed to Aug. 30.
