The winning scratch ticket worth $20k was recently sold at a Hamden business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
HAMDEN — A New Haven resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hamden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 23, Victoria Mewborn, of New Haven, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from Minute Mart in Hamden and won $20,000.
