Hamden Obituaries: Brendon Zunder
He held a degree in Chinese Calligraphy and was retired from the Town of Hamden Department of Senior Services.

Brendon Fitzgerald Zunder entered into eternal rest Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013.
Born to the Late Theodore A. and Rose Fitzgerald Zunder, in East Haven, he attended the University of Bridgeport and The New School in New York City, New York. He held a degree in Chinese Calligraphy.
He was employed by the town of Hamden as a bus driver for Senior Services until his retirement 10 years ago. He was a faithful Volunteer at Fort Nathan Hale at the East Shore in New Haven, and a ubiquitous fixture at the football games at the Yale Bowl.
He was also an avid Opera Fan who held regular season tickets for the Metropolitan Opera of New York. He served his faith by carrying out the duties of an Extra Ordinary Minister for Saint Joseph's Parish in New Haven.
He was predeceased by his loving wife Judith Fernando Zunder, and leaves behind his very special friends, George Moore, Alphonse Kronberg, Carol Nardini, and Alice Romanek, and a host of other beloved friends, neighbors, and aquaintences as well.
A Mass celebrating his life will be held on Monday, Sept 16. at Saint Joseph's Parish, 129 Edwards Street, New Haven at 9:30a.m. Arrangements are with the Hawley Lincoln Memorial, New Haven.
