Jan. 26, 2013:

Margaret Hutsell, 40, of 296 Augur St., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Jan. 28.

Toby Tassmer, 49, of 134 Pearl St., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Jan. 28.

Jan. 27, 2013

Christian Bedard, 37, of Southington, was charged with interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and was arraigned Jan. 28 in Meriden Superior Court.

Jan. 28, 2013

Rohan Fitzgerald, 45, of 108 Helen St., Hamden, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and was arraigned Jan. 29 in Meriden Superior Court.

Nelson Miller, 32, whose address wasn't available, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 11.

Lori Richardson, 44, of 1300 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, was charged with second-degree larceny. She was held in lieu of $25,000 bond and was arraigned Feb. 9 in Meriden Superior Court.

Christopher Wells, 49, of 12 Wilburt St., Hamden, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was held in lieu of $1,500 bond and was arraigned Jan. 29 in Meriden Superior Court.

Jade Booker, 24, of 15 Murray St., Hamden, was charged disorderly conduct. She was held in lieu of $1,500 bond and was arraigned Jan. 29 in Meriden Superior Court.

Melvin Johnson, 48, of 53 Willis St., New Haven, was charged with two counts of the illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of perscription drugs, possession of narcotics and the sale of a controlled substance. He was held in lieu of $160,000 bond and was arraigned Feb. 15 in Meriden Superior Court.

Jaran Kelly, 19, of 1024 Town Walk Dr., Hamden, was charged with violation of a restraining order. He was held in lieu of $500 bond and was arraigned Jan. 29 in Meriden Superior Court.

Elliot Rudd, 27, of 95 Filbert St., Hamden, was charged with possession of narcotics. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and was arraigned Feb. 12 in Meriden Superior Court.

Jan. 30, 2013

Cheala Lewis, 20, and Vanessa Meyers, 49, both of 1363 Quinnipiac Ave., New Haven, were charged with sixth-degree larceny. Lewis also was charged with risk of injury to a child and was held in lieu of $500 bond. Meyers was released on a promise to appear and both were arraigned Feb. 8 in Meriden Superior Court.

Crystal Macri, 29, of 75 Dickerman St., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 13.

Brian Ward, 47, of 155 Campbell Ave., West Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree harrassment. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and was arraigned the same day in Meriden Superior Court.
