Feb. 15, 2013:

Mahmmoud Aglan, 20, of 37 Linden Ave., Hamden, was charged with operating while under suspension, misuse of plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 1.

Floridalka Contreras, 38, of 397 Poplar St., New Haven, was charged with operating without a licesne, misuse of plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 28.

Joseph Covington, 45, of 122 Munson St., New Haven, was charged with operating while under suspension. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 25.

Dedra Davis, 55, of 130 Woodin St., Hamden, was charged with threatening. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 1.

Wayne Lynch, 59, of 30 Janet Dr., North Haven, was charged with misuse of plates, operating an unregistered vehicle and operating with an unsecured load. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 5.

James Sesler, 48, of 555 Winchester Ave., Wallingford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He posted $1,000 bond and was due to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 1.

Feb. 16, 2013:

Allison Carter, 42, whose address wasn't available, was charged with failure to obey a control signal, operating while under suspension and failure to obey a traffic light. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 1.

Lynwood Dorsey, 23, of 41 Bassett St., New Haven, was charged with operating while under suspension, operating without insurance and failure to drive in the proper lane. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 1.

Eddie Ruffin, 39, of 850 Mix Ave., Hamden, was charged with operating while under suspension and evading responsibility. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 11.

Feb. 17, 2013:

Margaret Sessions, 46, of 60 Weybossett St., New Haven, was charged with operating while under suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 4.

Joseph Sirios, 38, of 167 Fountain St., New Haven, was charged with assault on a police officer, possession of hallucinogenics, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and misuse of 911. He was held in lieu of $40,000 bond and was arraigned March 4 in Meriden Superior Court.

Roneka Turner, 21, of 665 Newhall St., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 4.
