Hamden Police Blotter: Monday, March 4

Feb. 1, 2013:

Richard Carpenter, 45, of 649 Howard Ave., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 15.

Willie Cooper, 41, of 189 Circular Ave., Hamden, was charged with threatening and disorderly conduct. He was held in lieu of $2,000 bond and was arraigned Feb. 4 in Meriden Superior Court.

Brian Doyle, 28, of 165 Gulf St., Milford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and was arraigned Feb. 15 in Meriden Superior Court.

Wilmer Escobar, 38 of 27 Armstrong Rd., Hamden, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and impairing the morals of a minor. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 15.

Feb. 2, 2013:

Bradley Bergeron, 23, of 12 Kay Plaza, Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 4.

Kayla Castro, 20, of 275 Mount Carmel Ave., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 4.

Rebekah Walker, 33, whose address wasn't available, was charged with fifth-degree larceny. She was held in lieu of $500 bond and was arraigned Feb. 15 in Meriden Superior Court.

Christopher Zavodsky, 24, of New Jersey, was charged with operating while under the influence. He was held in lieu of $500 bond and was arraigned Feb. 15 in Meriden Superior Court.

Feb. 3, 2013:

Elroy Brown, 50, of 270 Judwin Ave., New Haven, was charged with operating while under the influence and evading responsibility. He was held in lieu of $500 bond and was arraigned Feb. 14 in Meriden Superior Court.

Anni DelVecchio, 25, of 19 Walter Lane, Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 19.

Dale Jones, 33, and Shelva Taylor, 27, both of 655 Fitch St., Hamden, were charged with disorderly conduct. Jones also was charged with criminal violation of a protective order. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and she was released on a promise to appear and both were arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Christopher Sumpter, 28, of Bronx, NY, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 18.

Melinda Wilkins, 40, of 32 Concord St., Hamden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. She was releaed on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 18.
