An Silver Alert has been issued for a 17-year-old Hamden girl.
Cortnie Waters was last seen at the North Haven movie theater wearing floral pants, a peach shirt, a tan sweater, and silver and black shoes, according to police.
She is described as white, about 5' 1" tall and about 107 pounds, according to police. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
