Obituary: Linda A. Cassella, 71, of Hamden
Linda, a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, worked for the Pellegrino Law Firm as a receptionist for many years.
HAMDEN, CT - (From Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home) Linda A. Cassella 71, Beloved and cherished wife of Pasquale Michael Cassella, passed away peacefully at Branford Hospice, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born in New Haven on July 26, 1949 to the late Michael Barbuto and June (DelGrego) Barbuto, Linda resided in Hamden all of her life.
She graduated Hamden High School in 1967, where she met her husband of 48 years.

Linda worked for the Pellegrino Law Firm as a receptionist for many years.
In addition to her loving husband Pat, Linda leaves behind their sons Thomas J.(Nicole) of Northford, Robert J. (Kelly) of Hamden, and Daniel J. (Nicole) of Cheshire, five cherished grandchildren; Nicholas, Hailey, Anthony, Mason and Lucas.

Linda leaves behind brothers Barry (Gayle) Barbuto and Richard (Christine) Barbuto, she also leaves behind sister in-law Lena (Cassella) Donnarumo and husband George, and several nieces & nephews.
She was also pre-deceased by her life long friend Marilyn Bethke.
At the request of the family, all services will be privately held.
