Obituary: Vivian Oneto, 92, of Hamden
Vivian, deeply religious and a loving mother, worked as a Registered Nurse at the Hospital of St. Raphael for many years.
HAMDEN, CT - (From Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home) Vivian Oneto, 92, of Hamden died suddenly at home March 10, 2021.
Born in New Haven, June 1, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Frank & Carmella Amelia Strona.
In 1950 she graduated from the Hospital of St. Raphael School of Nursing, and worked there for many years, becoming head nurse of Private1.

Vivian was a deeply religious person.
She is survived by sons; Stephen M. Oneto of Hamden, David (Janet) Oneto of Washington State, and Mark (Linda) Oneto of North Haven. She was predeceased by siblings; Frank & Dominic Strona, Lorraine Butkus, Theresa Dapkin, and Lucy Del Vecchio.

Also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. While most services will be privately held, friends may attend a graveside service MONDAY 11 A.M. in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
