Quinnipiac Student Center Reopens After Pipe Bomb Investigation
Students had been evacuated from the student center at Quinnipiac University earlier on Wednesday.

HAMDEN, CT — The Carl Hansen Student Center and Tator Hall reopened after the Regional Bomb Squad deemed the building safe, Quinnipiac University officials said in an update on X.
No pipe bomb was found, according to officials.

Q30 News reported in a post on X, formerly Twitter, that students were asked to leave the Carl Hansen Student Center and Hamden police were also at the scene.
Quinnipiac said in a message to students that police and public safety were conducting an investigation in the area, according to NBC Connecticut.
