HARTFORD, CT — Police issued a silver alert for a 12-year-old boy who was reported missing from Hartford.
Leo Meghie has been missing from Hartford since Sunday and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and black shorts, according to the state Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection.
Meghie is described as a 12-year-old Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-foot-3 and weighs 160 pounds, officials said.
