HARTFORD, CT — A two-vehicle wreck on Interstate 84 in Hartford caused traffic problems for motorists on Friday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared. The DOT reports the crash happened on I-84 West between exits 47 and 46, resulting in the closure of the two left lanes.
