Crash Now Cleared On Route 2 In East Hartford: UPDATE

EAST HARTFORD, CT — A multi-vehicle wreck on Route 2 in East Hartford caused traffic problems for motorists Monday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the crash was on Route 2 West between Exit 2W and the end of Route 2 West, resulting in the closure of the left lane.

The accident was first reported at 9:22 a.m., and it is no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
