EAST HARTFORD - An East Hartford resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 29, Clarene Browne, of East Hartford, purchased a Payday Multiplier ticket from the Stop & Shop in East Hartford and won $20,000.
