EAST HARTFORD - An East Hartford resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 30, Daryl Payne, of East Hartford, purchased a Mega Millions ticket from the Express Mini Mart in East Hartford and won $30,000.
