Girl, 17, Shot In Broad Daylight In Hartford: Reports
The incident happened Thursday afternoon in a well-known Hartford neighborhood.
HARTFORD, CT — A teenage girl was shot in broad daylight while simply walking in the Park Street neighborhood Thursday afternoon.
Citing the Hartford Police Department, WFSB Channel 3 reported the 17-year-old was found at about 3:17 p.m. in the area of 721 Park St. with multiple gunshot wounds.
WFSB reported that police believe the girl was not the intended target.

Fox 61 reported that the girl suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was rushed to a hospital nearby for treatment.
The Hartford Police Department is continuing the investigation.
