Hartford Man Who Produced Child Pornography Sentenced To Prison
The man, who pleaded guilty to photographing and distributing child pornography, will spend nearly 3 decades in prison, a judge ruled.
HARTFORD, CT — A Hartford man who pleaded guilty to photographing his sexual contact with a child and distributing those photos will spend 27 years in prison, a judge has ruled.
On Monday, 52-year-old Ronald Daniel of Hartford was sentenced to 324 months (27 years) in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release by U.S. District Judge Kari A. Dooley in Bridgeport.
In 2018, Daniel had sexual contact with a "prepubescent female" and took cellphone photos of his conduct at least twice, the U.S. Attorney's Office said, citing court documents and statements made in court.
