HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Bloomfield earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 10, Alice Tatum, of Hartford, purchased a Cash 5 ticket from the Shell Quick Mart in Bloomfield and won $100,000.
