HARTFORD - A Hartford resident is $100,002 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Hartford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 23, Justin Colon, of Hartford, purchased a CASH5 ticket from the K&S Getty in West Hartford and won $100,002.
