HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 4, the big winner from Hartford, purchased a Cash5 ticket from the Citgo in Hartford and won $100,000.
