HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Bloomfield earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 21, Ruth Dennis, of Hartford, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Shell Quick Mart in Bloomfield and won $10,000.
