HARTFORD - A Hartford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Manchester earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 6, Tia Davis, of Hartford, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Best Gas in Manchester and won $10,000.
