HARTFORD - A Hartford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 13, Henry Meneses, of Hartford, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the Jamears Market in Hartford and won $10,000.
