Hartford Resident Wins Over $10K Lottery Prize
The winning Play4 ticket was also recently sold at a Hartford business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
HARTFORD - A Hartford resident is $10,416 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 23, Carmen Rodriguez, of East Hartford, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Broad Street Mart in Hartford and won $10,416.
