Hartford Resident Wins Over $13K Lottery Prize
The winning Play4 ticket was also recently sold at a Hartford business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
HARTFORD — A Hartford resident is $13,540 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 29, Jagpaul Drigpal, of Hartford, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from High Spirit Wines & Liquors in Hartford and won $13,540.
