Hartford Store's Vape/Lotto/OTC Drug Licenses Suspended Indefinitely: State
The state Department of Consumer Protection handed down the suspensions after an employee was accused of dealing drugs there.
HARTFORD, CT — State officials have suspended a Hartford market's permits to sell lottery tickets, over-the-counter medicine, and vapes after an employee there was charged with drug trafficking.
According to the state Department of Consumer Protection on Tuesday, the Los Bandoleros market at 717 Albany Avenue in Hartford can no longer sell those items indefinitely.
State authorities said the suspensions follow the recent federal Drug Enforcement Administration's arrest of employee Reymon Rojas, who was charged with narcotics trafficking and firearm possession offenses.

“During the DEA’s investigation, they uncovered illegal narcotics, including fentanyl and distribution paraphernalia and a loaded firearm,” said DCP Commissioner Bryan T. Cafferelli. “Given these facts, it’s clear this premise is unsafe for the public and poses a clear threat to the community.”
As a result, all of Los Bandoleros’ credentials are suspended, effective immediately.
