EAST HARTFORD, CT — A crash on Interstate 84 in East Hartford Thursday morning caused traffic problems for motorists, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared. The DOT reports the crash was on I-84 East in East Hartford, between exits 55 and 56.
