Luxury Hartford Apartments To House West Hartford University Students
Upscale apartments near Dunkin Park in Hartford are now being used by the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford for student housing.
HARTFORD/WEST HARTFORD, CT — A West Hartford college and an upscale apartment complex in Hartford are teaming up to offer a new off-campus student housing option for upperclassmen and graduate students.
Citing an increase in enrollment, the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford has signed an agreement with Millennium Apartments to provide student housing in Hartford at 50 Morgan St. North, where the upscale "Millenium Apartments" are located.
According to USJ, juniors, seniors, and graduate students can live off campus in several studio double units in the heart of downtown near the city's beloved minor league baseball stadium.

USJ leadership began exploring additional housing downtown for students at the end of the last academic year.
USJ undergraduate enrollment is up 6 percent for the Fall 2024-25 school year, according to USJ.

“We are very pleased to be able to offer this new option for our USJ students, particularly those engaged in pre-professional experiences downtown such as clinical rotations in nursing, pharmacy and nutrition, and a wide range of internships," said USJ President Rhona Free in a statement.
"Our decision to secure expanded housing in Hartford is a win-win for students and Hartford, as USJ and other institutions contribute to Hartford’s growth as a college town."
On July 30, the university hosted a tour of The Millennium, which is considered "a luxury apartment complex located in downtown Hartford next door to Dunkin Park and is approximately 12 minutes from the USJ campus by bus or car."
