Multi-Vehicle Crash Cleared On I-84 In Hartford: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 84 in Hartford midday Wednesday caused major traffic problems for motorists, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports a three-vehicle accident on I-84 West between exits 50 and 48, resulting in the closure of the two left lanes.

The crash was first reported at 12:02 p.m., and as of just past 1 p.m., it was no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
