Multi-Vehicle Wreck Cleared On I-84 In East Hartford: UPDATE

EAST HARTFORD, CT — A multiple-vehicle wreck on Interstate 84 in East Hartford on Friday afternoon caused problems for commuters, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports a two-vehicle crash on I-84 West, between exits 57 and 56, resulting in the closure of two right lanes.

The accident was first reported at 3:02 p.m., and it is no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
